There were many history-defining catwalk moments during SS17 Fashion Month.
A sense of feel-good nostalgia, frivolity and joy graced the runways, thanks to throwback 80s trends - stonewashed denim and shoulder pads - seen at the like of Stella McCartney, Isabel Marant and Givenchy.
And while the season's most iconic show might have been the return of the original Supermodels - with the likes of Carla Bruni, Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer storming the runway at Versace in Milan - there was also a clear nod to the future, most notably with the help of Cindy Crawford's daughter, Kaia Gerber.
Kaia Gerber has been dubbed by fashion editors worldwide as the 'baby supermodel' to watch. This season, the 16-year-old made her catwalk debut, walking for the likes of Saint Laurent, Fendi, Miu Miu, Prada, Moschino and Alexander Wang to name but a few.
With her mother's killer figure, perfectly-sculpted brows, brilliant bone structure and olive-hued skin, Gerber was the sheer embodiment of fashion's wistful affection for the past but also, it's vision of the future.
Kaia is the daughter of model-turned-businessman Rande Gerber and 80s/90s supermodel Cindy Crawford. When she was just 10-years-old, she landed her first modelling gig for Versace's junior line, Young Versace.
The star then went on to sign a modelling contract with IMG Models at the age of 13 - three years ahead of her mum who signed with Elite aged 16 - and made her first solo magazine cover for LOVE (shot by Kendall Jenner) when she was 14-year-old.
