In GVMC, the Zone V, Gajuwaka is the the biggest and the largest zone in terms of area and population.
The RWAs in Zone V are very active in taking up various activities for the development of their colonies, besides many programmes of the Govt, viz Swachh Bharat, Swachh Sarvekshan, Beat the Plastic pollution etc, etc.
Among these the Tirumalanagar RWA has been attracting accolades with its continuous activities, more particularly with Swachh Bharat concept, viz: Clean & green, Sanitation-segregation, RHPs, Composting pits, ban on plastic, parks development, etc. etc.
Very recently it earned the Water Hero award from the ministry of Water Resources. Earlier it got (i) the best RWA award from CoRWA during the NCRWA held at Hyd, (ii) AP State best RWA award from Govt, for the year 2018, besides various appreciations from GVMC as well.
Let us wish the RWA every success in its tireless efforts for the development of the colony under the committed stewardship of Sri G. Nagabhushnam President and Sri Visweswararao Secretary.
